i dont think this this watch is a good watch. there is some problem with water resistance. i brought the watch Police Navy Black Chronograph 10962JSB-02M and have sent it back for repairing for 3 times. i requested to change another one,but they didnt do that, they just fixed it for me….i feel really upset and disappoint about that….one more thing i want to say it, i suggested one of my friend to buy this watch and he got the same problem as me… i feel so sorry to him!!!! here, i just want to tell you guys , if u are thinking about to buy this watch, plz think about it carefully…..
Hi, I’m very sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with this watch. From what retailer did you get it from? and was it within the manufacturer’s guarantee? In case I assume that the watch would have been sent back to Police themselves for repair. I would also expect them to replace the watch with a new one so it’s a great shame.
